$115,000 Maryland APA 8-Ball National QualifierIn the Summer of every year 72 teams compete in the Maryland APA 8-Ball National Qualifier Tournament. It is Maryland's premier Amateur 8-Ball Event. Winners of the Maryland APA 8-Ball Tri-Annual Tournaments are have earned the right to compete for their share of the prize fund and a slot in the APA 8-Ball National Team Championships held every August at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Tournament is Modified Double Elimination ending with 23 teams advancing to compete in the $600,000 APA National Team Championships! - 9 teams advance from the winners bracket to Vegas.
- 9 teams advance from the second-chance bracket to Vegas.
- 5 wild card teams advance to Vegas.
