Current Team Promos

Referral Program
(400 Reward Points)

Refer a "New" Team and have them register with your name, or register them yourself. If qualified BOTH the captain AND co-captain will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points... and the member who referred the team will receive 200 APA Rewards Points. The referring member's name and/or player number MUST be provided. (400 Total Points. Maximum points per person can not exceed 200.)


Split Team Promotion
(400 Reward Points)

If your current team wishes to split into two (2) teams and is not qualified for upcoming Higher Level Tournaments (HLTs) you are eligible for this promotion. Understand that both teams must each maintain at least three (3) members from the original team and that the teams must continue to play on the same night and in the same format or neither team is eligible for this promo. If the teams meet this criteria, the Captains AND Co-Captains of each of the teams will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points (400 Total Points). <b>If a player(s) simply drops off a team to start up a team on a different night or in a different format, they must meet the “NEW” team criteria to be eligible for APA Rewards Points.</b>


New To The APA Promo
(200 Reward Points)

If you've never played in the APA and would like to register a team for next session you may be eligible for this promotion. Understand that if my team meets the "NEW" Team qualifying criteria (listed below) that the Captain AND Co-Captain will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points. (200 Total Points)


Welcome Back Promo (#1240)
(200 Reward Points)

<p>If you are a former APA member who is interested in returning to the league and starting a "NEW" Team this is the promo for you. Understand that in order to qualify for this promo, your "NEW" Team must meet the "NEW" Team qualifying criteria.  The team must consist of a combination of at least 5 new APA members, or former APA members who have not played in the APA for at least 8 months.  Dropping and replacing five players of an existing team or moving the team to a different night, format, or tavern does not meet the criteria.  Both the captain AND co-captain of the team will receive 100 APA Rewards Points each.  If you received a postcard from the APA offering Promo Code 1240 and your team meets the criteria listed above, your team will also receive your last 4 weeks of play ($160 value) for free.</p>


Active Member Promo (#1220)
(200 Reward Points)

<p>If you just recently stopped playing in the APA or if you are an ACTIVE APA member who is dropping off your current team next session to start a "NEW" Team this is the promo for you. Understand that in order to qualify for this promo, your "NEW" Team must meet the "NEW" qualifying criteria.  The team must  consist of at least five new APA members, or former APA members who have not played in the APA for at least 8 months.  Dropping and replacing players on an existing team or moving the team to a different night, format, or tavern does not meet the criteria.  You must be listed as either captain or co-captain. Both the captain AND co-captain will receive 100 APA Rewards Points each. (200 Total Points).  If you received a postcard from the APA offering 2 weeks free and you register a "NEW" that meets the New Team Criteria listed above, and you click Promo Code # 1220, your team will be eligible for your last two weeks of fees ($80 value) free.</p>


Event Promo (# 1240)
(200 Reward Points)

<p>If you stopped by the APA booth at one of the 2011 festivals, and have received an EVENT PROMO E-mail from the APA, you are eligible for the following by registering your team online and clicking on: EVENT PROMO # 1240.  If your team consists of a combination of at least five new APA members or former APA members who have not played in the APA for at least 8 months ... both you (if listed as Captain) and your Co-Captain will each receive 100 APA Rewards Points.  Your team will also receive thier last "4" weeks of play ($160 value) free.  Dropping and replacing five players of an existing team or "moving" the team to a differnent night or format does not meet the qualifying criteria.  Week # 5 determines eligibility.  APA Rewards Points will be awarded to eligible teams/members by week # 7 of the session.</p>


Criteria & Disclaimers
"New Team" Eligibility Criteria: To be considered a "New" APA Team, the team must consist of a combination of at least 5 New APA Members or old APA players who have not played in the APA for at least 8 months.

REPLACING MEMBERS OF A CURRENT (OR EXISTING) TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS", OR REPLACING MEMBERS ON A CURRENT TEAM WITH FIVE "ELIGIBLE PLAYERS" AND THEN MOVING YOUR CURRENT TEAM TO A DIFFERENT NIGHT OF PLAY, A DIFFERENT FORMAT, OR TO A DIFFERENT TAVERN DOES NOT MEET THE "NEW TEAM" QUALIFYING CRITERIA. YOUR WEEK # 5 ROSTER WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY. NO APA REWARDS POINTS WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS A TEAM MEETS THE "NEW" TEAM CRITERIA! APA REWARDS POINTS WILL BE ISSUED TO QUALIFIED TEAM CAPTAINS, CO-CAPTAINS, AND REFERRING MEMBERS BY WEEK #7.

APA Reward Points will be issued to your account by week #7 and may be redeemed anytime thereafter. APA Rewards Points never expire and can be accrued for other items, including trips to Vegas. The Week 5 team roster will determine eligibility. The Maryland Area APA is the sole arbiter of eligibility and reserves the right to cancel promotions at anytime. APA Rewards Points have no cash value, and are subject to change at any time.
